A FOUR-YEAR-OLD girl suffered serious injuries after a crash with an e-scooter in a park.

The collision happened in Armley Park at 4.25pm on Sunday. 

Following the crash, the e-scooter and its rider left the park and entered Stanningley Road.

West Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses as part of its investigation into the collision.

A spokesperson for the force said: "Police in Leeds are appealing for information following a collision involving an e-scooter which left a four-year-old girl with serious injuries.

"The collision happened in Armley Park at 4:25pm yesterday (Sunday, April 21).

"The e-scooter and its rider then left the park and went onto Stanningley Road."
