EMERGENCY services were scrambled to a street to carry out a late-night rescue operation.
Crews - including police, firefighters, and paramedics - were called to the area of Westgate, Cleckheaton, on Monday night amid concerns for a person at height.
West Yorkshire Police said officers were called to the scene shortly after 10pm.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Emergency services attended and she was brought to safety.
"The woman was taken to hospital for further assessment."
A West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 10.47pm to Cleckheaton to assist police with an incident.
"One crew, from Cleckheaton, attended and helped to rescue an individual, using rope and working at height equipment."
A Yorkshire Ambulance Service spokesperson also confirmed resources attended the incident.
