SNOW has been falling in parts of the Bradford district this morning - as wild weather batters the area.
The wintry conditions - which lasted for a few minutes - followed heavy rain showers on and off throughout the morning.
A Telegraph & Argus reader in Denholme submitted a picture of snow on his car.
Snow was also reported in southern parts of the city.
The weird weather comes amid a Met Office yellow warning for wind in West Yorkshire, which is valid until 10pm.
A spokesperson for the weather agency said: "A depression will move east just to the north of Scotland through Monday and will bring a swath of strong winds to Northern Ireland, Wales and much of England.
"Gusts of between 40 and 45mph are expected widely inland with isolated gusts as high as 50 to 55mph on exposed coasts and near to heavier showers.
"This is likely to lead to some disruption and longer journey times."
