EMERGENCY services were called to an incident in the Great Horton area of Bradford on Thursday afternoon.
A number of ambulance resources responded to the incident at a private address, Yorkshire Ambulance Service confirmed.
One resident shared footage of a number of police vehicles by a cordoned off property.
Two ambulances and a number of police officers could be seen along the street while an air ambulance was spotted in the sky above.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said police were called to a "report a man had fallen from a window".
"The man was taken to hospital for treatment to serious injuries," they added.
"Enquiries remain ongoing by Bradford CID but at this time, there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances in the incident."
