A CAR was seized after police discovered its driver was only a provisional licence holder.
The silver vehicle was spotted on Leeds Road in the east of the city.
The Operation Steerside Team stopped and spoke to the driver after they spotted them not wearing a seatbelt.
They then found out the driver was a provisional licence holder and had no 'L' plates.
There was no supervisor in the vehicle, which also had no insurance.
The car was seized and the driver was reported for the offences.
A post on the Steerside Enforcement Team Facebook page read: "Seen travelling on Leeds Road, West Yorkshire Police - Bradford East, driver not wearing seatbelt."
It added: "Vehicle seized and driver reported for offences."
