POLICE have issued an update after a man's body was found in Bradford.
The discovery was made on Moore Avenue - the main road connecting Wibsey and Great Horton - just before 3pm on Monday.
Several police cars and an ambulance could be seen in the street yesterday, along with a police cordon near a house.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said on Monday: "Emergency services were called to Moore Avenue, Bradford, at 2.39pm today following reports of concern for a man’s safety.
"Upon attending a man’s body was discovered in the street.
"Enquiries are ongoing to establish what has happened and a scene is currently in place."
This afternoon, West Yorkshire Police told the Telegraph & Argus that the man's death is "not being treated as suspicious."
A spokesperson for the force added that a file will be prepared for the coroner.
Yesterday a spokesperson for the Yorkshire Ambulance Service said on Monday: "I can confirm that ambulance resources attended an incident on Moore Avenue this afternoon."
