A spokesperson for the Bradford South NPT said: "Over the course of February, officers from Bradford South NPT Team 3 have been busy executing Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act Warrants in the Buttershaw area.

"During the first warrant, officers located what is suspected at this time to be a large quantity of both Class A and Class B controlled drugs, as well as several offensive weapons.

"During the second warrant, officers located a cannabis farm inside a terraced property, the occupant at the address was arrested for production of cannabis and has since been charged and remanded in custody.

"We would like to thank our communities for their support. These two warrants have prevented thousands of pounds worth of drugs from reaching our communities."
