A CAR was seized in Bradford after the driver reportedly bought a fake insurance policy on social media platform Snapchat.
The grey Seat was spotted by West Yorkshire Police's Operation Steerside Team.
The driver went down a side street in an alleged bid to evade police.
Officers managed to stop the car and seize it on Otley Road in the east of Bradford.
Turns out buying insurance via @Snapchat for half the price of genuine policy doesn't pan out too well. Neither does ducking off down a side street to avoid officers. Seized from Otley Road @WYP_BradfordE and driver reported.#opsteerside @DriveInsured @OpTutelage pic.twitter.com/NJoRD1dNbm
