A CAR which made off from police and was later found abandoned has been seized.
The incident occurred in the Baildon area while police were on patrol.
The Shipley Neighbourhood Policing Team shared the details.
A spokesperson said: "Whilst on pro-active patrols, officers from the Windhill and Wrose team sighted a vehicle.
"Checks conducted showed the vehicle did not hold a valid policy of insurance.
"The vehicle was requested by officers to stop, before making off at speed.
"After a brief pursuit, the vehicle was located abandoned in Baildon, where a quantity of drugs were located within the car.
"The car was then seized, enquiries are ongoing into identifying the driver."
