POLICE have dismantled a cannabis farm in Bradford.
Officers said they raided a property on Haycliffe Road in Great Horton after receiving information that there was a cannabis farm inside it.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said today: "Upon forcing entry, a cannabis farm was located in the property.
"The operation resulted in the dismantling of the farm and the destruction of a large amount of surplus growing equipment to deter future criminal activities.
"It is worth noting that this cannabis farm posed a significant fire hazard due to a dangerously bypassed electricity meter, highlighting the critical importance of dismantling such operations swiftly and decisively."
People are urged to report suspected cannabis farms on their street to West Yorkshire Police via www.westyorkshire.police.uk/report-it
