Emergency services have cordoned off part of a major road in Bradford city centre.
The cordon is in place along Sunbridge Road - close to the bus stop and Premier shop.
An ambulance can be seen on one side of the road while officers are guarding the cordoned off area.
West Yorkshire Police said it was called out to reports of a concern for a male.
At the scene, officers arrested a man on suspicion of drug offences.
