A BRADFORD tailoring firm is offering to give away 200 of its blazers to charity after King Charles was diagnosed with cancer.

Imran Khan, owner of IK Collections on Westgate, has been deeply moved by the King's diagnosis, which was announced on Monday.

Imran is now appealing for local charity shops to come forward so he can donate the blazers to them.

He said shops raising money for cancer research as well as stores helping other charitable causes would be considered.

Imran met King Charles during his visit to Bradford in November 2022 - and made a jacket for the monarch.

Imran said: "We've all been very moved by the shocking and sad news about King Charles.

"We now want to do something positive in response to this, in honour of our monarch.

"We have 200 high-quality blazers in black, green, purple, brown and navy blue which we would like to donate to charity shops, including those raising money for cancer research.

"The blazers are for men, women and children, and we are appealing for any charities to come forward."

Interested charity shop staff can visit IK Collections in-store or phone 07525758025 for further information.
