More than £12,000 has been raised for vital mental health support across Bradford.

Mind in Bradford said the huge fund has been built up by individuals and companies across the district and Craven area.

The mental health charity launched its appeal over the Christmas period and saw donations from a variety of local businesses.

Mind in Bradford provides a range of services to support people of all ages with their mental health.

The charity will continue to raise funds over the winter period towards the running costs of its free mental health services.

Step up for Bradford challenge

Its upcoming fundraising challenge, Step up for Bradford, is taking place at the home of Bradford City on March 10.

This physical challenge will see local supporters take on the steps of the stadium whilst raising fundraising for the charity.

Individuals and teams will climb the equivalent of an iconic Yorkshire peak on the stadium steps.
