POLICE have been at the scene of a crash on an icy road in the Bradford district this morning.
Officers were on Bingley Road, Baildon, in response to what was described by the force as a "damage-only collision".
A picture on social media shows the road covered in ice and a police car at the scene.
There were reports of people being allowed to go down the road, but not up it.
Temperatures in many areas will not exceed 0C today, according to the Met Office.
A Met Office yellow warning for snow and ice is currently in force in West Yorkshire.
The alert, which ends at noon today, warns of possible travel delays, and injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces.
