TWO cannabis farms have been busted on a Bradford street.

Police visited three properties in Bierley this morning after receiving reports that cannabis was being grown inside them.

Cannabis farms were found at two of the properties on Fallowfield Drive.

The occupants were arrested on suspicion of production of cannabis and abstracting electricity.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson added: "Both addresses were found to be dangerously bypassing their electricity meters and had to be made safe by the electric board.

"A vehicle was also recovered at one of the addresses as suspected stolen."

"The suspects have been interviewed and the drugs and equipment seized from the addresses," the spokesperson said.

"The suspects will be released under investigation while drugs forensic work and phone reviews are completed."
