A DRIVER caught speeding at more than 60mph in a 30mph zone on Rooley Lane in Bradford has been disqualified.
The speeding offence on Rooley Lane took place in March 2023 and yesterday the driver appeared in court.
The car, which was also seen parked on double yellow lines, was clocked by police travelling at 62mph in a 30mph zone.
In a post on X, formerly Twitter, the Steerside Enforcement Team said: "We were at HM Courts and Tribunals Service in Bradford today for a speeding offence (62 in a 30) we detected in March 2023 in Rooley Avenue. Driver disqualified, over £600 in fines.
"The car involved was seen parked nearby, on double yellows with a Bradford Council parking ticket affixed."
