A PLOT of land with planning permission for a house – complete with gym and cinema room - will go to auction in the New Year.
In October a planning application to build a new house on land next to 127 Leeds Road, Eccleshill, was approved by Bradford Council.
The approved home would be four storeys, including a basement with a gym and space for a cinema room.
In January the land will go to auction with a guide price of £80,000.
Bidding on the online Pugh property auction opens on January 30.
The listing says: “The proposed build provides over 2,000 sq ft of accommodation, includes four double bedrooms, and a cinema room and gym to the lower ground floor.
“Buyers may look to change the function of the lower floor to suit their requirements or save on build costs. Would suit a builder and local, self-build enthusiast.”
