DETECTIVES investigating a report of a serious sexual offence on a 19-year-old have charged a man.
Adam Martin, 26, of Cleckheaton, has been charged with two counts of rape and one count of sexual assault, West Yorkshire Police said in a statement this evening.
The incident is alleged to have happened in the grounds of Whitcliffe Cemetery on Whitcliffe Road, Cleckheaton on Thursday, December 7.
Martin has been remanded into custody to appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court on Monday, December 11.
