A COMEDIAN has announced his first major tour for eight years and it includes a night in Bradford.

Paddy McGuinness has revealed today that he will be embarking on a stand-up tour across the UK next year, for the first time since 2016.

The British TV and comedy legend will perform 40 dates, across 39 different venues, over six months, with the "Nearly There" tour starting in October 2024.

It all kicks off in Blackburn, at King George's Hall on Thursday, October 24 that year, with the final performance at Blackpool Opera House on Saturday, March 29, 2025.

Paddy will visit St George's Hall, in Bradford on Friday, November 22, 2024, but his first stop in West Yorkshire will be back-to-back nights at Leeds Grand Theatre, on Thursday, November 14, 2024 and Friday, November 15, 2024 respectively - the only venue the comedian is performing in twice.

The 50-year-old will also take in Victoria Theatre, in Halifax on his travels to West Yorkshire, as well as dates at Hull Connexin Live, Sheffield City Hall, and York Barbican across the rest of the region.

Paddy said: “It’s been eight years since my last tour and there’s lots of things to laugh about!

"I’m looking forward to getting back in front of a live audience, along with running the gauntlet of cancel culture, clickbait, and fake news!"
