TWO schools in Bradford have been forced to close today due to faults with the boiler.
Foxhill Primary School, in Queensbury and St Anthony's Catholic Primary School, Shipley will both be closed today.
Temperatures have dropped in the city and wider district, with the Met office issuing a yellow weather warning for snow and ice across Yorkshire and the Humber.
St Anthony's Catholic Primary School will be shut as there is a fault with its boiler system.
It means the school is unable to be heated to the recommended standard of 16 degrees Celsius.
Temperature readings in several classrooms and workspaces show 14 degrees.
Foxhill Primary School has a broken boiler.
Students there will have online learning available and parents will be kept updated, with school hopefully opening as usual on Friday.
In a statement on the council's website the school said: "Online learning is available for all pupils.
"We will keep parents updated and hopefully will reopen on Friday 1st December as normal."
