DRIVERS faced major delays on the M62 tonight after a crash.
The collision led to the closure of two lanes on the eastbound stretch of the motorway - between junction 22, for Denshaw, and junction 23, for Huddersfield - at around 6pm.
Shortly after 7pm, National Highways said the incident had been cleared and all lanes reopened.
A National Highways spokesperson said at the time: "A 70-minute delay remains in the area with five miles of congestion but this should now start to ease.
"Thanks for your patience."
