POLICE discovered a burnt-out motorbike "hidden" in bushes at a park.
Officers from West Yorkshire Police's Batley and Spen Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) were called to West End Park, in Cleckheaton last Friday.
A member of the public had spotted a motorcycle there which looked to be badly burnt.
The vehicle was found by officers in bushes at the park.
The main body of the motorbike was charred and it was damaged to the point where the vehicle's innards were exposed.
Police recovered the motorbike and are investigating the matter.
The Batley and Spen NPT posted on its Facebook page yesterday about the situation.
The post said: "Officers from Batley and Spen Neighbourhood Policing Team attended a call on Friday 3rd November to a burnt out motorcycle hidden in the bushes of West End Park at Cleckheaton.
"The vehicle has been recovered and enquiries are ongoing."
