A BRADFORD man has been fined for not wearing a seatbelt and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
Mohammed Rizwan 41, of Pasture Lane, Clayton, was sentenced at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court.
On January 12 this year, he was caught driving without a seatbelt on City Road.
Then, on January 20, he was caught doing the same again, on Great Horton Road.
On that day, he also failed to comply with a 'one way' sign on the road.
Rizwan was fined £40 for the first seatbelt offence and there was no separate penalty for the second.
He was also fined £40 for the one-way street offence and ordered to pay costs of £110.
Rizwan must also pay a £32 surcharge to fund victim services.
His driving record was endorsed with three points.
The total of £222 will be paid at a rate of £5 per week, commencing on November 13.
