A MAN was found unresponsive and later passed away after emergency services were called to a house fire.
Police, firefighters, and paramedics scrambled to the scene, on Dulverton Grove in Holme Wood, at around 7.30pm on Wednesday.
A man was found unresponsive at the property and while medical assistance was provided, he sadly passed away.
In a statement, a West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue spokesperson said: "We were called at 7.26pm to reports of a fire at a house on Dulverton Grove in Bradford.
"Two crews attended, from Bradford and Odsal, and found a person unresponsive at the property.
"Despite crews and the ambulance service providing medical assistance the person sadly passed away.
"The incident is not currently thought to be suspicious, but investigations are continuing."
