A BRADFORD man has been in court after he stole a Biffa bin during a burglary at a village hall.
Mark Nosal, of Burniston Close in Wilsden, committed the offences at Wilsden Village Hall earlier this year on January 9.
He entered the community centre, based on Townfield, as a trespasser with intent to steal.
Court documents say the value of the yellow Biffa bin is unknown.
The 39-year-old was given a community order, a £120 fine, and has to pay a £114 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs.
The order means he must comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend appointments or participate in any activity for 20 days.
Nosal's case was heard at Bradford And Keighley Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, October 10.
