A RANGE Rover that hadn't been taxed in more than a year and a half was seized by police.

Officers in Baildon seized the black vehicle on Saturday, on behalf of the DVLA.

Sergeant Terri Green posted on social media that the driver's response to the car being seized was "go catch some proper criminals".

It is an offence to drive without road tax and vehicles can be seized if they are untaxed for more than two months.
