The multi-million-pound investment in Fairmount Park near Saltaire, by the family owned and run Czajka Care Group, will see eight new purpose-built, high quality, assisted living retirement houses and apartments being delivered. The homes will be ready to move into by April 2024.

Managing director of Czajka Care Group, Konrad Czajka, said: “Our retirement properties have long waiting lists, with some people reserving a home years in advance of their planned move date. These beautiful new houses and apartments will help us meet the huge demand for retirement properties for people aged over 55 in the area.
