POLICE searches have been taking place in a large Bradford estate after a man was seriously injured with a bladed weapon at a property.
The incident happened on Halesworth Crescent, Holme Wood, on Sunday evening.
A man, 18, was rushed to hospital with serious injuries to the face and hand.
Yesterday officers were seen searching Stoneyhurst Way, also on the estate, in connection with the incident.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Police were called at 7.41pm on Sunday, October 8, by the ambulance service to reports that a man suffered injuries to his hand and face by a bladed weapon at a property on Halesworth Crescent.
"The 18-year-old male was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
"Searches have taken place on Stoneyhurst Way in connection with the incident yesterday.
