A MALE has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and possessing an offensive weapon in Bradford.
West Yorkshire Police officers spotted the white Volkswagen in the Windhill area of the city on Sunday (October 1).
The male driver was also arrested on suspicion of failing to stop and driving whilst over the prescribed limit.
