POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a serious road traffic collision involving a motorcycle in Saltaire.
Officers were called at 18.42 yesterday (26 September) by the ambulance service to a report a male had come off his motorcycle on Caroline Street.
The rider, a man aged 25, was taken to hospital where his injuries are described as critical.
The motorbike was in collision with the rear of a vehicle.
The driver of the car stopped at the scene to help police with their enquiries.
Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or saw the motorbike prior the collision to come forward. Also anyone who has any dash cam footage of the incident.
