TWO Bradford neighbourhood policing teams visited more than 350 addresses in the Great Horton in an effort to tackle anti-social use of off-road motorbikes and quads.

A spokesperson for Bradford South Neighbourhood Policing Team said: "Our dedicated neighbourhood officers from Bradford South and Bradford West neighbourhood policing teams took to the streets surrounding Aberdeen Place in Great Horton to address a pressing issue in our community - anti-social use of off-road motorbikes and quads.

"This particular location being covered by two police/council areas. Local councillors, council wardens and Operation Steerside motorbike officers were also in attendance.

"Our officers conducted thorough door-to-door inquiries to collaborate with our communities in tackling this problem head-on.

"Your cooperation and support are invaluable in our mission to identify where these bikes are being stored and which individuals are riding them.

"This information empowers us to target individuals who commit offences on our roads and engage in anti-social behaviour while doing so.

"We have visited 363 addresses, submitted nine intelligence reports and issued 10 traffic offence reports for varying offences.

"Together, we can make a real difference and ensure our neighbourhoods are safe and peaceful for all. Thank you for your continued partnership."
