A BRADFORD district pub is set to celebrate a special anniversary by hosting a black-tie event.
The Marquis of Grandby, on Hospital Road, Riddlesden, will hold a black-tie event on Saturday, October 7, to mark the first anniversary of landlord and landlady Carl and Sarah Thompson running the pub and to celebrate that they have signed a new five-year deal to continue managing the pub.
"It's a celebration for us being here a year and to thank our customers for their continued support," said Mrs Thompson. "It's nice to give back and say thanks."
To go along with the black-tie event, the pub will host a live music performance on the day.
