OPEN days will be held at Bingley United Reformed Church this weekend.

The events will take place at the Dryden Street church between 10am and 4pm on Saturday, September 16, and Sunday, September 17.

They are part of Heritage Open Days, which is England's largest festival of history and culture.

A spokesperson for the church said: "We would like to show you our hidden church which has more than 300 years of history to tell.

"We will be celebrating with an exhibition of our unique pulpit falls and other handcrafted items.

"There will be an activity table for children to try their hand at banner making and a quiz.

"You will be particularly welcome to join our Harvest Festival service at 10.30am on the Sunday."
