- He is accused of causing the death of a 66-year-old Judith Wadsworth at the Coniston Hotel and Spa, at Coniston Gold by driving without care and attention.
- This alleged offence relates to February 7, 2020.
- Bannister denies the charge.
- Today is the fourth day of the trial.
- We are expecting the prosecution to finish it's case today and we may hear evidence from Bannister himself.
