The second annual Fulneck Classic Car Show is taking place at the weekend.

A selection of cars ranging from a 1930s Morris Eight to a 2004 Volkswagen Lupo will park up at the settlement’s East End car park.

People can also expect live music, refreshments and the ‘People’s Choice’ trophy presentation by Al Garthwaite, the Mayor of Leeds.

Bradford Telegraph and Argus:

The event’s organisers, sponsored by No 54 Tearooms, have teamed up with Heritage Open Day for the family friendly event.

Tom Booth, the organiser of the event, said "After last year’s successful car show, we are back again this year to raise some more funds for the settlement. There'll be plenty to do on the day, with the Heritage Day happening at the same time.

“Why not come and learn about some of Pudsey’s rich history? The team of volunteers have worked incredibly hard to make this event happen and I can't thank them enough for their time and support. I hope to see you on Saturday."

Fulneck Classic Car Show will start at 10am and run until 4pm. The presentation of the trophy will be at 3:15pm.

The cost is £2 on the gate for adults while under 16s can enter free of charge. It is a cash only event.
