ANOTHER trailer has been released for the upcoming ITV crime drama on serial killer Peter Sutcliffe.

The seven-part series called The Long Shadow will tell the story of one of the country’s biggest manhunts which lasted for five years.

Bradford-born Sutcliffe murdered 13 women and attempted to kill seven others between 1975 and 1980.

Former Line Of Duty actor Mark Stobbart will depict Sutcliffe.

Toby Jones, known for his role as the voice of Dobby in Harry Potter, Sherwood’s David Morrissey, and Coronation Street’s Katherine Kelly are also among the line-up.

Jones will play DCS Dennis Hoban, who initially led the enquiry, with Morrissey taking the role of DCS George Oldfield, who famously took on the investigation.

Additionally, Inspector George Gently's Lee Ingleby, Byker Grove’s Jill Halfpenny, Jasmine Lee-Jones, Liz White, and Line of Duty’s Daniel Mays will feature in the series.
