A BRADFORD man has been jailed after attacking three police officers all on the same day.
James Brown, of no fixed abode, assaulted the three officers on Wednesday, March 1 of this year, court documents state.
The 34-year-old was sentenced to eight weeks in prison when his case was heard at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court on Thursday, August 24.
Court documents said the three assault by beating of an emergency worker offences, which Brown admitted, were "so serious that only a custodial sentence can be justified".
They also added that Brown was given a custodial sentence because he has a "flagrant disregard for court orders".
During the hearing the court ordered him to pay £50 in compensation. This must be paid by October 19.
