A HIT musical is coming to a Bradford theatre as part of its UK tour.
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang will run at The Alhambra Theatre from Tuesday, July 9, to Sunday, July 14, 2024.
The week-long run includes evening performances from 7pm, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, with matinees at 2pm.
A signed performance will be on Thursday, July 11, from 7.30pm and there will be a captioned performance on Thursday, July 11 at 7pm.
An audio-described show will run on Saturday, July 13 at 2pm.
Based on Ian Fleming’s timeless story for children and later made into the famous 1968 film, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang features the songs by the Sherman Brothers including Toot Sweets, Hushabye Mountain, Truly Scrumptious and the Academy Award-nominated title song, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
This new production will be directed by Thom Southerland (Titanic, Parade) and choreographed by Karen Bruce (BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing).
