Whether that be assisting passengers with reduced mobility with first class customer service or ensuring that the lounge guests have the chance to truly relax and unwind, you will be an integral part of the smooth operation of the airport.

A customer experience officer your duties will include:

  • To provide excellent customer service to all colleagues and passengers travelling through the airport 
  • To deliver a variety of operational duties including, but not limited to, assisting with the journey of our special assistance customers, bussing operations and safely moving customers' vehicles throughout LBA car parks
  • To operate and monitor the car parking and special assistance computer systems
  • To deal with passengers directly by answering queries throughout their journey in our terminal

As a lounge host your duties will include:

  • To provide excellent customer service and hospitality service to all customers of the lounges 
  • To meet, greet and check all passengers into the lounges
  • To provide a food and drinks service at the tables and to lounge customers as and when required
  • To ensure replenishment of refreshments in all lounges
  • To ensure the lounge is presentable at all times, all tables are cleared and cleaned
