AN Eid party held at Cafe West, in Allerton, on April 27 saw over 600 hot meals with drinks, fruit and cakes served to families and individuals.
The event was organised by Bradford Community Kitchen foodbank in partnership with Regal Foods.
Abdul Satar, co-founder of Bradford Community Kitchen foodbank said: "We would like to thank Regal Foods Products PLC for sponsoring this event.
"We would also like to thank Chris from cafe west for being a great host and also to the amazing volunteers who worked tirelessly to serve food."
The celebrations were particularly aimed at those who had been struggling financially during both Ramadan and the cost of living crisis which is continuing.
Bradford Community Kitchen foodbank has also been helping distribute hundreds of food packs containing basic cooking ingredients such as flour, rice, oil and potatoes.
