AN inquest into the death of a cyclist in Ilkley is due to open next month.
Adrian Stocks, 59, died on April 2 on Denton Road when he was struck by an Audi that was overtaking another car as he signalled to turn right.
Mr Stocks, who was a director of the Cliffe House Day Nurseries chain of nurseries in Bradford and Leeds, died at the scene of the collision near the River Wharfe.
Two Bradford men, aged 19 and 24, were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
The two men have both been released under investigation and enquiries are ongoing.
An inquest into the death of Mr Stocks is due to open at North Yorkshire Coroners' Court in Northallerton on Friday, May 5.
Cliffe House has seven nurseries in the area with one each at Baildon, Shipley, Bramhope, Burley-in-Wharfedale and Pudsey and two in Horsforth.
