Drivers are facing disruption in part of Bradford due to an ongoing police incident.
Bus services have been diverted while traffic is building along major roads including Great Horton Road.
Hollingwood Lane has been closed and there is a significant police presence in the area, with a large cordon also in place.
Meanwhile, First West Yorkshire has said its 613 and 614 bus services will be affected.
The bus company said: "Due to an incident at Hollingwood Lane, the road is closed. We're diverting via Great Horton Road in both directions."
