A MAN aged 40 has been jailed for nine years for child sex offences.
Andrew Hickey pleaded guilty to assault by penetration and sexual assault.
Hickey lived at a flat in Shipley but was remanded in HMP Leeds until Friday’s hearing at Bradford Crown Court.
Deputy Circuit Judge Timothy Clayson told him: “What you did was very serious indeed.”
He will serve two-thirds of the nine-year prison sentence behind bars and the rest on licence.
The judge made a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for an indefinite period and Hickey will have to sign on the sex offender register without limit of time.
