ROAD humps are to be installed at Mill Carr Hill Road and Cliff Hollins Lane in Bradford.

Bradford Council has announced that road humps, to be constructed under the Highways Act 1980, will be at Mill Carr Hill Road, approximately 14.5m away from the northern kerb line of Cliff Hollins Lane.

A copy of Drawing Number HD/50/61720/TRO-06 showing the affected roads may be examined during office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, or at transport-and-travel/highways/traffic-calming-and-pedestrian-crossings or obtained from David Petcher on 07855176950 or - quoting reference number HS/ TRSS/104533.

Other public notices announced by Bradford Council this week are:

* A one-way traffic flow at the junction of Hammerton Street and Bowling Back Lane, to improve road safety.

A copy of the draft order, together with a map showing the affected roads and reasons for proposing the order, may be examined during office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, at or obtained from James Haigh on 07816 355140 or James.haigh@bradford. quoting reference number HS/TRSS/105395-JH02.

Anyone wishing to object to the proposed order should send grounds for objection in writing by post to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY. below or by email to to be received no later than 12noon on Friday, April 14. 2023, quoting reference:- CORP/PCD/AK/413075.

* Traffic restrictions at Marion Drive, Windhill, for water works to be carried out.

The order affects the length of Marion Drive to and from a point outside No. 6. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. No alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected will be available. The proposed order is from 8am to 6pm on April 3.

* Variation Of A Club Premises Certificate at Kashmiri Aroma (Bradford) LLP on Keighley Road, Frizinghall, for the supply of alcohol, live music, music (background) from 8.30am to 10pm, Monday to Sundays.
