Major road closed this morning due to overturned vehicle
A MAJOR road was blocked due to an overturned vehicle this morning.
It happened on the A649 Halifax Road westbound, Scholes, at around 7.45am.
Traffic alerts were reporting: "A649 Halifax Road Westbound partially blocked, slow traffic due to overturned car from The New Packhorse Restaurant to A643 Walton Lane. Incident occurred at around 7.45 this morning."
The scene has now been cleared.
West Yorkshire Police has been contacted for further details.
