A FREE event will take place in Keighley to mark International Women’s Day tonight.
The Unit and Keighley Creative is hosting the event from 6pm to 8pm at the latter’s base at 3-7 Cooke Lane.
It will be hosted by producer and director Casey Shaw, alongside documentary producer Sally Ogden and filmmaker Louisa Rose Mackleston.
It will feature film screenings and talks, and will also celebrate women in cinema.
A host of events have already taken place across the Bradford district to mark International Women’s Day.
It is a celebration of women’s contributions, as well as a day aiming to raise awareness of important issues such as gender equality, women’s rights and violence against women and girls.
