ON the eve of a day of filming taking place which will see Bradford transported back to Birmingham in the Second World War, Telegraph & Argus readers have been capturing the brilliant sets being built this week in Little Germany.

Six Triple Eight, a drama starring Kerry Washington and Oprah Winfrey, set during the height of the war, is set to be filmed in Bradford’s Little Germany tomorrow (Thursday, February 16).

The film follows the story of the Second World War’s only all-black, all-female unit.
