A NEW fitness spa has opened on the outskirts of Bradford offering people a chance to feel refreshed and restored.

The Spa is part of the wider Hub26 complex. Brother and sister team Daniel Potticary and Amanda Castle first opened their lifestyle business centre in 2017 at Hunsworth Lane near Cleckheaton.

Then in 2021 they began their expansion by taking on nearby Lawrence House and began its transformation.

Now the final piece of the renovation project has been completed with the opening of The Spa at Hub26.

The new venue offers a hydrotherapy pool, a Himalayan salt sauna to cleanse the respiratory system and also a herbal steam room to relax and rejuvenate.

There are also three beauty treatment rooms, led by experienced beauty therapists, using products from Eve Taylor London.

Classes covering meditation, yoga, hot yoga, pilates and pilates with reformer, are also available at The Spa, covering everything from beginner to advanced.

Finally, the team of chefs at The Spa have produced menus for brunch, afternoon tea and canapes, which can be enjoyed in the two relaxation lounges, designed for eating and drinking.

The family recently held a launch party to officially open The Spas at Hub26.

Mr Potticary said: “The launch party has been a celebration of the accumulation of everything that has been achieved by the family on their journey and also a thank you to our most valued clients, family, friends and all that have helped to make Hub26 the success that it is today.”

The Spa itself offers day and half-day packages, as well as a variety of individual treatments such as facials, massages and reflexology. In addition, there are all-inclusive membership packages for The Spa, gym and office space available too.

Hub26 began as a lifestyle business centre situated just off the M62 at junction 26, and has bounced back after Covid after experiencing higher demand for its offices.

There are now two buildings to the brand, with the Hunsworth Lane site offering offices, meeting rooms, an executive lounge and roof terrace, as well as a gym.

The recently completed Lawrence House, at Riverside Drive in Hunsworth, offers offices and meeting rooms, with The Spa completing the set-up on the ground floor.

It hopes to provide users with a more positive work-life balance, offering flexibility and accessibility.

The firm’s Work Meets Play concept hopes to provide users with a more positive work-life balance by creating an environment for businesses, where workspace, social space, networking, healthy eating and fitness opportunities are a priority.
