TWO vehicles were reported stolen in the Bradford district in recent days, one of which has now been recovered.

The Bradford South Neighbourhood Policing Team reported a car was stolen sometime between 11pm last Saturday (January 28) and 8.30am on Sunday (January 29) on Gracey Lane, Buttershaw. 

The car was parked on a driveway and was locked and secure.

Police also reported that a van was stolen sometime between 1.30pm and 2.30pm yesterday (Monday) from the roadside on Main Road, Steeton.

The victim was working nearby when suspect/s approached the insecure van and made off with it.

The vehicle was recovered a short time later in East Morton.
