BRADFORD Council has praised residents of the city's biggest estate for helping to deep clean their street.
The people of Barthorpe Close in Holme Wood and social housing landlord Incommunities removed more than one tonne of fly-tipped waste.
Pictures show several bin bags, disused rugs, bike tyres, and general rubbish in the area.
A Bradford Council spokesperson said: "Recently, we worked with local residents and Incommunities in Holme Wood to deep clean Barthorpe Close.
"It is amazing what local people's power can accomplish - over one tonne of fly-tipped waste has been removed and the area looks great."
Incommunities manage more than 22,600 homes across Yorkshire – predominately in the Bradford district.
